Pets welcome This is a ground-level holiday house, a terraced house with a garden and a terrace in the centre of a little village to the east of Tours, in the heart of France. The historical holiday house from the year 1750 features a classical interior style with antique furniture, an open fireplace and beams on the living room ceiling. The 55m² of living space comprises a bedroom with a French double bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and a living room with a dining table and a pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed with one mattress and bedside tables with reading lamps on either side. The kitchen provides a double sink, a stove with four rings, an oven, a washing machine, a fridge with a freezer compartment and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave. You can dine together at the round dining table in the living room, which is behind the comfortable sitting corner with two armchairs by the open fireplace, where you can enjoy your time out. Satellite TV provides entertainment in the evening. The sofa in the living room can be pulled out as a sofa bed for two further people. The wardrobe next to it provides ample space for storing luggage. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a curtain, a WC and a washbasin, with a cupboard and mirror mounted on the wall above it. There is a terrace in front of the house with a sitting area with a garden table and four chairs. Behind the house there is the garden with a barbecue, for grill evenings. Two car parking spaces are available. Another special feature of this holiday residence, which has been awarded two ears of corn by Gites de France, is that you can bring a pet, at a supplementary charge, and that the owner offers another holiday house (atraveo no. 869837) on the other side of the road, so they can both be rented together for a holiday with the whole family or with friends.
