Summary: House was lovely, we really enjoyed our time. Spacious, well-equipped, aesthetic facilities. However, not each of our mails was replied to, and some facts, like our arrival time, was not taken notice of. Also, we were presented a 10-page contract (french only) with detailed and pretty constraining rules, some of them rather absurd (no laughing / crying!). However, you can sign it without bad conscience, as quite a few regulations are against the law and due to the contradictions, to our assessment the whole document is invalid in itself. Ghislaine was okay, Sarah seemed to be irritated and was not very friendly. Both of them kept referring to their rules (never to our rights!), which quite spoiled the mood. When we arrived (arrival time was announced), nobody was there. None of the given phone numbers was accessible, but to our messages response came rather quick. Jacuzzi was marked private, but in fact is was to be shared with neighbours, and use was time-constrained. Make sure to claim your deposit back. Ours was not returned within the week mentioned, nor were we contacted about difficulties. But when we claimed it back, all of a sudden “damages” were produced, although before leaving we had asked if everything was okay. A longer correspondence was necessary to “convince” the administration that their claims were unjustified, and the deposit was returned. We do not know what would have happened if we had not written to them to claim it back. Location is about three kilometres from village, nothing really around but other lodging. But if you have a car, it is very close to the nicest beaches we have ever seen (Anse de la perle, Grand Anse). We would not book it again.
