Positive: The space is really nice! Hotel rather than a hostal.
Negative: I paid to stay here because they advertise heat. It's gets below zero in the winter at night. The heat does not work. It technically turns on but it doesn't actually heat up the room. It's not powerful enough. On top of that, guests are asked only to use it for 45 min. Which is no time at all to even try to heat the room. I was messaged to turn my heat off because I was being tracked. The first night I was in a room where it was broken, the next morning didn't have hot water. I kindly addressed the issues with the owners and was told I can find another hostal. No I can't! I was there to enjoy the desert not try to find another place to sleep. I told them it was fine at that point and I wouldn't shower. They then changed me to a room with hot water at least. Guests always should be put first, never asked to leave if they address an issue that was advertised. I wouldn't not have stayed here if I knew heat wouldn't work. I met people in town that did have heat and weren't being tracked.
Summary: Heat does not heat up the space. Don't book for the heat!
