Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Overall, good hostel. Breakfast was great. The hosts were helpful in assisting us with bookings of local places to visit, shopping etc. Clean rooms, clean beds and bedding.

Negative: Only 1 bathroom per floor with toilets only in those bathrooms, so difficult when occupied. We asked for laundry service and were advised there was no tumble drier and nobody was able to confirm prices when we asked. We have had to agree to wash our cloths as we were staying for 2 nights only and wanted to allow time those to dry during the cold winter. Only when the service was done, the host figured out a price of $30, which we found extremely expensive given overall prices in Uzbekistan and the fact that our cloths were hanging in the hostel yard to dry. Would have been helpful the guests to have access to some sort of price list for extra services.

Summary: Quite a good place for a short stay in Termez. Be careful with the cost of extra services.
