Summary: This property is in a convenient location and was a pretty good fit for our family. It's very cutely decorated and has fun touches, such as colored lights illuminating the palm trees out front. A bonus was the very nice bath towels and well stocked unexpected items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, coffee, etc). The property manager communicated well and made the check-in process was very easy and convenient. Pretty much all that we needed for a few days was there (washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, games, etc). The only downsides were that the property looked like it had received some minor damage before we had arrived. The toe kick/baseboard area and lower corner kitchen cabinetry had been busted. The backyard had many palm fronds on the ground, the hot tub water level and temp was low. These are largely unimportant things and didn't affect our stay, but worth mentioning in case they matter to others. Overall we were happy with our stay.
