Summary: We stayed at Hotel Adam for three nights, and everything was exactly as shown on Hotels.com. The surroundings were incredibly relaxing, and it was clear from the moment we arrived until we checked out that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. We were warmly greeted each day by Nana, Tia, Mike, and Jane always with a smile, which made us feel truly welcome. A special mention goes to AE, who was on the night shift. We often returned to the hotel late and were always happy to see her. Her kind presence and helpful enthusiasm made a difference whether we needed an extra towel for the beach or simply wanted to chat about our admiration for the hotel’s beautiful design and facilities. During one of our conversations with her, she even shared the story behind the hotel’s design concept and the inspiration behind the colour choices used throughout the property. We thought that was such a nice touch! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return the next time we visit Krabi.
