Summary: Incredibly disappointed about our stay. From the duct taped air conditioning unit, to the hair on the sink and offensive smell through out the building there was constant disappointment. Staff walked in to my room twice with out knocking. We were repeatedly lied to about our 2nd room being ready. The shower had mold around the edges. How this is rated so highly is shocking! My pros- the bed was incredibly comfortable and they gifted a bottle of prosecco upon arrival. If you are looking for a youth hostel, this is your place.
