Positive: Staff was lovely and very friendly. Great location, close to railway station and walking distance to many of the sights. Tram station across the street. Good value for money.
Negative: It’s an old building, so some challenges are to be expected; not by my kids though, who fell a couple of times in the bathroom (a lifted step for toilet and very slippery tiles). I know there’s not much the property can do about it, maybe some anti-slip rug… The railing of the stairs seems unsafe for smaller kids.
Summary: Great for our plans, aside from a few falls, we loved our stay here.
