Positive: Great value. Clean. Air-conditioned. Reasonably close to town and the university but far enough out to be quiet. Friendly staff that ensured a smooth check-in and check-out despite my check-in and check-out occurring outside of their open lobby hours, which were something like 6am-10pm.
Negative: No workout facilities. Not quite as close to town and university as other hotels. Front desk only open 6am-10pm.
