Positive: Friendly staff, amazing balcony on the top floor, nice views, great breakfast and we loved the fact there is a lobby so you can hang out with your morning coffee for a while. Also super nice restaurant open till 9pm, food and menu also catering for every fussy eater. All in, a super cozy hotel, like home away from home. Seasonal decorations changed often. You can tell there is a nice atmosphere, not just another large soulless hotel. Will visit again. Perfect for 2+2 family in one family room. Nice marine soaps too.
Negative: No spa or wellness zone but this isn't too important as the hotel standard makes up for it.
