Positive: The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty and well prepared.

Negative: The biggest downside of our stay was the way guests access the hotel. Guests are not given a key card or any other way to open the main entrance, so every time you return — regardless of the time of day or night — you have to call reception and wait for someone to unlock the door remotely. This was particularly inconvenient when carrying luggage or bags, and sometimes there was no one at reception, which meant waiting even longer. Since the hotel already uses a key card system, it would make much more sense to allow guests to use their cards to access the main entrance as well. The current system is simply inconvenient and frustrating.

Summary: Despite the inconvenient entrance system, we would happily stay here again
