The lodge is situated in absolute solitary in the middle of a 1.400 mยฒ large, fenced garden. Along the garden flows a stream.
Distances:
The health resort (good air) Fischbach, with shops, bakery, butcher, Gourmet Restaurant in 3 km. Bathing / recreation 3 km. Horse riding possibiliy at Strallegg in about 9 km. In the village there are 2 lifts! Ski resorts Wenigzell, St. Jakob im Walde, an eldorado for skiers, snowboarders, cross country skiing, tobogganing and snow-hikers with night skiing each in approximately 15km. From the hut there are plenty of hiking and biking trails through the Fischbacher Alps and Peter Roseggers Waldheimat.

In the well-kept garden are a large terrace with seats and a barbecue area.
