All surrounded by green and with many attractions: SWIMMING POOL, wooden DECK with sun loungers, CANOE ROWING, BARBECUE, GAME TABLES - SINUCA, PEBOLIM or TAMANCOBOL, TV LOUNGE, PORCH with sofas and NET of rest, beautiful GARDEN to enjoy the birds . We even have a beautiful 40 years old ALMOND tree !!! This whole common area is on the edge of the Lagoon, where the Sunset is a daily show !!
