Huatulco has great diving and the some of best beaches in Mexico. Huatulco is in Oaxaca a very safe area in Mexico Vacation property, on Pacific Ocean Oaxaca Riviera, Bays of Huatulco Santa Cruz.
Bayside is a gated condo community of 24 units.
No noise in the evenings, respect for the garden, and pool area. Santa Cruz is a small quiet town, and bordering the national park. A a new palapa, well managed garden is full of flowers, pool is tiled and always clean. Located on the board-walk to Santa Cruz Beach, five minutes away.
There are separate A/C controls for each bedroom, and in the living room. There is a good breeze always, and with the ceiling fans I don't use the A/C much.
Bayside is across the street from the Binniguenda Hotel. The unit is available.
Our property manager lives at Bayside and she can arrange to get you settled at Bayside.
Hi Yes there has been many changes. Kitchen has new Juicer, coffee maker, toaster, Microwave, gas stove & oven and convection toaster oven. A complete assortment of Pots frying pans, baking trays all your cooking essentials. A selection of mixing bowls, plates, soup bowls, Glasses, and lots of cutlery from Canada. Bathroom is newly tiled walls and floor, new toilet, doors, and cabinet. The suite has just been freshly painted, with new mattress and 43 inch TV. There is internet and TV with Mega cable, including English sports channel, movies, and CNN. Both balconies have been screened in to provide more living space with no mosquitos there is also a BBQ on the balcony. The location on the second floor provides for a continual breeze off the ocean over the national park. Lots of birds and nature being beside the national park. My handle is fraserlake238 using the Yahoo platform. The garden is beautiful, with Pomegranate tree, Banana tree's, Booganbailla bushes all around the perimeter, Bird of paradise flowers, and Lilies under all the Royal palm trees. There is a new large Palapa beside the tiled pool, with grass through the common area.
Santa Cruz is a quiet away from the noise and activity in Crucecita.Coffee shops, restaurants , sports and music bars all within walking distance. National park has many walking trails, great fro bird and nature watchers. Short taxi ride to many beaches Maguey, San Agustín Bay, Cacaluta Bay, Tangolunda Bay, Chahué Bay.
Getting around
Lots of taxis, very inexpensive $35 Pesos to Crucecita. Buses are also available for $7 Pesos. Many safe board walks, trails and parkland to explore.

Summary: The property description indicates 'convection toaster oven'. The Unit did not have this appliance; each bedroom was to have 1 queen size bed. Master bedroom has 1 double bed; 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The sheets on the beds are the only sheets for the beds. They are very old. The wear factor is obvious. As well there is only one beach towel. We did not have any large knife. We had 2 steak knives to use for use cutting, carving and the like. The coffee pot is about 5in high, with a strainer that fits into the rim. There is no pipe to draw the boiling water up through like a percolator so I have no idea how you would brew coffee. It looks similiar to something you might take camping. There is also something that reminds me of what you would use to make toast over a camp fire. Wire basket type thing you would place a slice of bread in then hold over the fire to toast. The cutting board is one of the small 4in X 6in ones. WIFI is not free. It is not shown as free just to let you know if you want it in the unit you must pay for it. I booked the Unit from Feb 1st. I arrived Feb 2nd to learn a Mexican woman & Canadian man occupied the Unit Feb 1st & part of Feb2nd. I asked the owner via email for a refund for Feb 1st & to date have not had a reply to my email. I shoild not have paid for someone else to occupy the Unit. I find this very disrespectful. Be forewarned. Weather was perfect.
