Summary: Disappointing Experience. For such a big name hotel brand, my stay at this hotel was nothing but disappointing. The service was nonexistent. They didnโ€™t even provide water bottles in the room. Receptionist couldnโ€™t care less. The room itself was in rough shape. The rug was worn down, had some questionable stains, and there was an unpleasant smell that lingered the whole time. Iโ€™ve had far better stays at small, boutique hotels that actually care about their guests. This just didnโ€™t live up to the brandโ€™s reputation.
