Positive: It is located in a great neighborhood. Includes a kitchenette which makes it easy to cook and save some money and has AC. Security to access is great too.
Negative: A day before checking in I received an email indicating that I should collect the key in one address and that the actual apartment is a block away in a different building. I lost about 20 minutes trying to get into the second building, called the phone number on the email to ask for instruction and it number didn't exist. In the end the correct address was in the first building. Stairs where too narrow to comfortably go up carrying my suitcase. Maid came 2 minutes before checking out time to hurry us up. In every other hotel there a few minutes extra minutes to leave.
