Positive: Our family had a fantastic 3-night stay at Ideal Hotel - Samarkand. It was a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped family suite. Housekeeping was excellent, with daily replenishment of all essentials, including complimentary bottled water. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off provided by the hotel. The hotel has a beautiful green lawn with a fountain and outdoor seating, making it a lovely place to relax with tea or coffee. Its location is excellent, with several restaurants within a short walking distance, including the hotel's own Ideal Restaurant, and many of Samarkand's main attractions are nearby. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a quick response to any request. Their hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Ideal Hotel to anyone visiting Samarkand.
