The Dwelling can comfortably accommodate up to six guests, ideal for those traveling with family or a group of friends. The tranquility is absolute, the view is on a beautiful internal courtyard rich in plants.

We are in the Rione Monti, the oldest and most vibrant in Rome.
The space
The architect has been able to make the most of every single environment in terms of functionality and aesthetics. Appreciable design elements such as the Constanza floor by Luceplan, the Mixer Armchairs by Flexform and some limited pieces from the Alessi collection. On the walls are the works of contemporary painter Gino di Prospero.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle. There\'s a four-person table for breakfast or small snacks.
ROOM WITH BALCONY
In the room stands out the warm brick vaulted floor. We find a large table with chairs for six guests, a comfortable double sofa bed, a single armchair. From the living area you can access the balcony with a table and two chairs, ideal for a coffee in the morning or for a glass of wine in the evening.
FIRST BEDROOM
From the living room three steps lead to the sleeping area where there is a first bedroom with double bed, very large, with open wardrobe and refined furnishings.

SECOND BEDROOM
