The villa immersed in the protected park of Montagnola, is surrounded by a splendid scenery of an English grove with tall trees such as holm oaks, cypresses, pines with paths that cross the 50 hectare property.
Adjacent to the villa there is a wonderful swimming pool with a 7.5x15 m gazebo. The depth ranges from a minimum of 1 meter to a maximum of 2.5 meters. It is surrounded by olive trees where silence, tranquility and peace make it its strong point. The edge of the tub is paved with terracotta which blends harmoniously with the exterior of the house and the surrounding landscape. Fully fenced, it is furnished in the solarium area with tables, chairs, umbrellas, sun beds, outdoor shower and with free WI-FI internet connection. The house stands on two floors. The main entrance, on the ground floor, leads to the dining room with stone walls and fireplace and to the kitchen equipped to form a single open-space environment. From here, through a French door, you access a terrace equipped with table and chairs where it will be pleasant to enjoy dinners and grills. To the left of the entrance is a bathroom with shower. Going down two steps we find a double bedroom, bathroom with tub, sitting area with fireplace and double sofa bed and French doors with access to the garden, laundry area.
A travertine staircase leads to the first floor where we find a splendid double bedroom with four-poster bed and small bathroom only with sink with a wonderful view of the swimming pool and the villa's garden.
The interiors are comfortably furnished with fine furniture and reflect the typical Tuscan architecture with beamed ceilings in the large bedroom, terracotta floors and white or stone walls.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
