This floor has fairly good wheelchair access; all level inside but 2 small steps down from the pavement and a step up to the front door.
There is a staircase to the lower floor which has two large bedrooms, bathroom and generous lounge, kitchenette and its own side door and gated garden. The laundry can be accessed from either floor without disturbing the other as it is off the staircase.
