Positive: The host was a really nice guy – he carried our suitcases to the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was atsy, cool decorated. The location is really really great; the tram is a couple minutes by walk, so is the metro, and if you want – the distance to the Old Town is walkable. We could check in an hour before, and check out whenever we wanted (just before 5 PM, because an hour later new guests were supposed to come), which was really comfortable! There's a lot of pots, pans, and other cutlery (great for cooking!), as well as dishwasher and even washing machine tabs. There's bottled shampoo, conditioner and some basic cleaning supplies. The kitchen had ingredients like salt, sugar, some spices, oil and vinegar, which were just normal-size open packages (and some of them were expired). No protection from insects, or other people. It's not a requirement, only a good will of the hosts, so I'm putting it here, but I do think it's risky to keep it like this – you can never know if one of the guests didn't put powder bleach in sugar.
Negative: The smell. It's an attic room, so of course the air is quite stuffy, especially after you walk in after a couple of hours of closed windows. Besides, there was a distinct smell of cigarettes, and both the couch and the bed cover reeked of it. There was no Wi-Fi, although it says so on the site. The host told us they're having issues with the internet provider, but only after being asked after arriving – we had roaming and it wasn't a huge problem, but I can imagine it could be for someone. There's a market nearby where you can get a SIM card, though. The bathtub plug was missing, and the body soap was just a huge soap bar – and I suppose it's not being regularly replaced. Though the apartment seemed clean, there was a mess under the bed – a leftover chips bag, dog's toy and a lot of dirt, which provoked the question how deeply the apartment is cleaned between each guests.
Summary: Great location, a couple of flaws.
