Positive: I recently stayed at Villa Gawy 2 and overall had a lovely experience. The villa itself is beautiful – clean, spacious, and very well-equipped. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable, perfect for relaxing and spending time with family. Everything was just as described, and the check-in process was smooth and professional. Villa Gawy 2 itself is a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and relaxation. With a bit more attention to guest concerns and better local dining, it could easily be a five-star experience.
Negative: However, there were a couple of things that could have been better. We had an issue with cockroaches during our stay, and while we understand that this can happen in warmer climates, we were disappointed with how our complaint was handled. It didn’t feel like the issue was taken seriously or dealt with promptly, which was frustrating. Additionally, we found the local area to be a bit lacking in terms of nice restaurants. If you're planning to eat out frequently, it might be worth doing some research or being prepared to drive a bit further for better dining options.
