Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Fantastic location a short drive or tram to the city and walking distance to O'Connor shops with the pub, IGA, pharmacy etc. The apartment was modern and comfortable and came at a good price. The double garage was useful although out of action for two of the four days due to work on the shared driveway. The yard was enclosed and enough space for our small dog to snuff around and do her business, as advertised.
Negative: Had everything you needed but not much else. TV was too old to cast onto and set top box only picked up terrestrial broadcast networks, don't think there was an ironing board, etc. No massive complaints, I suspect since it was a new listing they are still in the process of fitting it out.
Summary: Nice(if basic) apartment in a fantastic location
