Cozy beautiful house in a friendly community that has only one entrance, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, A/C trough all the house and can sleep 9 people comfortably.

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. In the same room there is a captain bed that is equipped with twin beds. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with A/C, has ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and family room.

Please note before you book! We want to keep our prices low! Basic rate covers the first 4 guests. Any additional guests will pay $15.00 extra per guest per night at the time of booking. If you need to report any additional guests, must be done and paid for prior to check in. We do monitor the number of guests 100%.
Please be advised that in Casa Vista Verde Isabela, we have three key locked bedrooms that are made available to you based in the total nuber of guests booked/paid for! Only your crew stays in Casa Vista Verde Isabela!
There are two full bathrooms which have a shower each with hot water (won't need it) all throughout the house. We have an outdoors shower (after beach). The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and fully stocked. There is a comfortably furnished living room, a dining room that seats 6, and a family/game room with a pool table. In the living room, pool room and and master bedroom there are 3 LCD TVs with Dish and Netflix.
There is High Speed WI-FI throughout the house. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer. Includes a nice alarm system and security cameras so you know that your valuables will be safe will you are out exploring paradise. Outside has nice landscaping with two shade sails on the patios that cover an outside table. It has a very nice brick barbecue and an area to hang the 2 hammocks and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beaches.
The house is located 8 minutes away from Villa Pesquera Beach and a short drive to visit its many beaches stretching all the way West to Crash Boat. Nearby is Jobos Beach which is popular because of the surfing, stunning beaches, snorkeling, boogie boarding, kite surfing, paddle boating and wishing well! There are many hiking, biking, golfing, and sightseeing opportunities as well. Nearby are restaurants and bars right on the beach. A favorite is the Tsunami Bar/Grill which has a variety of dishes.
The home is located close to shopping malls, outlet malls and stores like WalMart and Walgreens nearby as well as several local grocery stores. Long term and short term renters are welcome and pets are allowed. This is a non-smoking home with plenty of room to smoke outdoors.
