This is a gorgeous 4 bedroom townhouse with 3.5 bathrooms with two parking spots. There are 3 levels with a walk in off the driveway through a foyer, great for shoes and coats. You enter and are greeted to the main kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and living room with gas fireplace. There is an additional closet in the kitchen where coats can be kept as well as cleaning supplies. The downstairs is perfect for a family of kids with a bunk room, family room, full bathroom and indoor ski room. The upper level has three bedrooms, a master with its own full bath, and two additional queen size bedrooms with a common full bathroom. The unit itself is a well desired end unit with extra windows and exceptional views of JayPeak and the surrounding country extending into Canada. There are an additional 2 ski lockers on the outside of the townhouse one directly at the front door and the other downstairs outside the back door. there is a deck off the Living room with access to a gas grill. There is full internet access and a landline phone for communication with the mountain if needed (shuttle or order pizza, ect) The access to the ski trails are at the ends of the driveway both ways. When you come out the from door and turn left the Raccoon Run with its own fire lift is available and to the right at the end of the driveway is the lower part of Queens Highway that can have ski access to the base lodge also a great access to the waterpark. This is a full access location with the shuttle bus picking you up and bringing you to any part of the mountain. The amenities include multiple restaurants including Mountain Dicks Pizza. There is a waterpark as well as new activity center with climbing walls arcade and movie theater. Lift tickets are available at both the main base lodge and the Stateside Lodge. There are snowshoe and cross country trails also available with winter mountain bike too.
