Summary: I was very disappointed with my stay. While the staff was very nice and helfpul, the property is old and not in par with other 5-start hotels. I had issues with the bathroom of the room assigned to me (room 721). On arrival, after a flight from Jodhpur, I wanted to wash my hands but the sink stopper was stuck and wouldn't open, therefore, the water pooled and wasn't being discharged. A plumber had to come and worked for about 15 minutes to fix it. 2 days later, I had the same issue, so 2 plumbers had to come to fix it. The bathroom, sink and shower fixtures are super old, probably 40+++ years old and not easy to handle. The lobby is not that cozy and the food selection in the only 2 restaurants is very limited. I got papaya delivered to my room for breakfast and it tested like onions.. yikes... Overall, I wasn't very happy with my stay.
