Ce bijou est situé au plein cœur de la Marsa à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage, prés de toutes les commodités, sa situation vous permettra de tout visiter à pied !

*Une chambre à coucher avec un balcon, aménagée d’un lit double (160*200) avec un matelas de qualité, deux tables de nuit et une penderie.
*Une cuisine aménagée et équipée d’un réfrigérateur, un four, une micro-onde, une plaque à induction, une hotte, une machine à café(filtre et capsule), une machine à laver, un grille pain, un blender, une bouilloire, presse agrumes, et tous les ustensiles nécessaires.
