Positive: This was our first trip to Krakow. We found this apartment on the website, read the reviews, and decided to go. We're glad our expectations were met. Three adults and a 4-year-old child stayed there from December 1st to 10th, 2024. The entrance was quiet, and the courtyard was cozy. The check-in process was clear and straightforward. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, hot water, clean bedding, and new kitchen appliances). There was a beautiful view from the window. Nearby, there is the Vistula River promenade, an unusual pedestrian bridge, a Bedronka supermarket, and a park. The apartment was clean and warm. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, so we cooked our own meals. Our Christmas holiday was unforgettable, full of emotions and positivity. If possible, we would visit again—we really enjoyed it.
Negative: As for the downsides: Electricity socket in one room was loose and partially out of the wall, dangerous for kids. The furniture in the hallway and the chairs in the kitchen were a bit old. Some kitchen items were worn out, and the single mattress in one of the rooms needed replacing. In the bathroom, the bathtub and the tiles around it could use an update. Owen's grill and the bottom was dirty from previous cooking (burned pieces of food and spills). Weird radiator's thermostat in one room, marks on the thermostat are misleading - try different positions to make it work. In one room you can hear loud building entrance door opening and closing, but this was the only noice, it's pretty quite in the apartment (talking from perspective of a light-sleeper).
Summary: Great location, almost ideal for a light-sleeper, requires few fixes
