Summary: My family of 4 stayed in this nice condo. The pool was great and was really our saving grace due to the weather and no A/C. When I booked it I didn't realize there was no A/C. We happened to be there when the temps were in the high 90's to 100's for a week and it was pretty miserably hot in the afternoon and evenings. Once the sun set we opened all the windows each night and set all the fans on high. It cooled off by morning and I got up at dawn to close everything down. Because the condo gets the afternoon and evening sun in the front it really heated up each day. The pool was clean and had some shade in the afternoons which really made it nice. There were a few locals that live there and they were friendly and nice when hanging out at the pool. The condo was clean and had pretty much all the essentials. The BBQ worked well for cooking and the washer in unit was nice after swimming each day. Didn't use the dryer as it was HOT so we just hung everything to dry after washing. Close enough to all the trails in Sunriver - however you do need to be on the sides streets for a couple minutes but it was easy even with my kids (10 & 15). Bike racks right under the stairs outside were great so we didn't have to keep them on our car rack. We also brought our kayaks and found a place to lock them up outside and they stayed undisturbed there too. The hardware store nearby (Camp Abbot) we stopped into on a morning bike ride back to the condo. We bought a spray bottle to cool us off and the employee was super nice and offered us complimentary fountain drinks! Super nice after a hot bike ride. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and the master bed was comfortable for us. Kids also slept well in the other bedroom and the loft bed space (which my teen loved having her own little space up there - even though it was hot). Overall, if it had been in the 80's instead of 100's during our stay I think we would have had 5 stars all the way.
