- There is a dam on the property and it is not fenced. Please supervise children at all times
- You may see wild mushrooms around the grounds. These are not for consumption as some may be poisonous

Where will I be?
Kerriedancer House is a 2 minute drive from the town of Exeter. Moss Vale is a 10 minute drive, and Bowral a 20 minute drive away. The wineries, wedding venues and other attractions of the Southern Highlands are all within easy driving distance.

Kerriedancer House is perfect for a family or group of friends to get away together. The large covered deck area and the firepit are spaces designed to gather and enjoy each other's company. The parents retreat at the rear end of the house will make the parents feel like they are on their own holiday!
How is the property laid out?
Kerriedancer House has five bedrooms including a king bedroom with ensuite, queen bedroom with ensuite, the third bedroom has 2 king single beds, the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed, and the fifth bedroom is a parent’s retreat located at the rear of the home. This has a double bed with ensuite, kitchenette and lounge room. There is a shared bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk in shower.
The large, open plan living area has a place for enjoying a meal together and two seating areas, one by the fireplace and the other with a TV. The large kitchen has an oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The washing machine can be found in the kitchen also.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix, or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary WiFi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email.
Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFi is important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Outside there is a large covered deck area with seating and a BBQ as well as an area with seats and a fire pit for those cooler nights. The beautiful gardens were established over 50 years ago and there are many different areas to explore, with different plants providing a show each season. The property is just under 25 acres in size, and is a mix of both planted gardens and paddocks with cattle. There is a dam on the property and it is not fenced. Please supervise children at all times. You may also see wild mushrooms around the grounds - these are not for consumption as some may be poisonous.
Stay warm or keeping cool?
There is ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning in the main part of the house, as well as split system air conditioning in the parents retreat for year round comfort. For extra warmth in the winter there is a fireplace in the lounge, oil filled radiator heaters in each sleeping area and the bathrooms have underfloor heating. In the summer there are pedestal fans that can be moved around the house as well as the air conditioning, but it does stay quite cool.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Kerriedancer House supplies all bed linen, sheets and bath towels.
Parking for cars, etc?
Kerriedancer House has open air parking for 3 cars in front of the house.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Yes! Dogs are welcome to stay at Kerriedancer House subject to the following:
- Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
- Absolutely no dogs on the furniture, rugs, or in the bedrooms
- Please bring a dog bed and and food bowls
- Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
Wildlife
Please note that due to the nature and location of this property, wildlife may be about including possums, kangaroos, ants, spiders, bees, wasps and even snakes. We do whatever we can to keep the property safe, however we cannot guarantee that you will not see any wildlife at the property. You must book the property knowing that the possibility of encountering wildlife exists, and you must take care during your visit if walking around the property - please.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
