Linen
All linen (sheets and bath towels) are supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple sheet. All beds have a fitted, and flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO linen for bub in the complimentary travel cot. BYO beach towels.

There are strict Strata rules at this property concerning noise, parking and rubbish. Strata by-laws will be provided – refer to pre-arrival notes and guest compendium at the property.
Steep driveway to 2 car secure garage with internal access. Additional cars must park on the street.
Cars are not to park anywhere on the driveway.
No smoking anywhere on the property including the grounds and the balconies.
Pets are NOT permitted at the property.
Wi-fi is offered as a complementary extra. There is no charge. Issue will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for ‘Schoolies’ breaks, under 21 yo groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sorts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4pm and checkout is 10am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check-out times as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please contact us in writing prior to arrival to confirm arrangements.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
