This home is located in the much sought after Kierland area of North Scottsdale. Close to the shopping and dining at Kierland Commons, the Scottsdale Quarter and the Westin Kierland Resort, Spa & Golf Club. This home is centrally located to all the culture, nightlife and natural beauty the Valley of the Sun has to offer.
CASA PALMERA is a fully furnished 2-story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single family home. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd level. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV and attached full bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a King bed and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed with Twin Trundle underneath. The living room has a Queen Pull-Out sofa as well and a pack n' Play for the kiddos. We can also supply an additional Queen double-high air mattress upon request for your convenience, which can sleep additional.. A 2nd full bath is located upstairs, and another half bath on the 1st floor.
Plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining space include 2 family/sitting rooms with large flat screen TV open to the fully stocked kitchen. The back door opens to the outdoor covered patio with plenty of seating and dining table to relax. Perfect for a relaxing get-away, golf trip or your next family reunion! The patio opens to a large grassy area for play. This deep diving (optional heated) pool can be enjoyed by all.*** Corn-Hole game to enjoy in the yard...
