Summary: Outstanding location! Walking distance to several stores and shops, Farmers Market two miles away, Wildwood Regional Park ten minutes on bike and five in the car. Beaches and Backbone Trail are less than 30 minutes. If you like to hike and be close to Malibu and not pay those prices this is a wonderful find! Space: Exactly as described. Cozy, welcoming, and quiet. Full kitchen, laundry on-site with touchless app, HOT water for the shower after a chilly dip in the Pacific, and patio with flowers and enough space for one yoga mat or two pop up chairs. King bed is super comfy plus full blackout curtains, big score. WiFi works well for all the zoom calls. Lovely neighbors and being in the end felt very private. The host was easy to communicate with, kind, caring, ready to assist. I had a long-term stay that was sort of unexpected and was fortunate to find the spot.
