Kinness Cottage is a stunning, renovated modern home, that still maintains a cosy, traditional feel, just a few minutes' walk to South Street, one of the main streets in St Andrews.
You enter the property through a beautiful mature, walled front garden with a manicured lawn, equipped with a fire pit/BBQ, outdoor dining area and Croquet.
Found on the ground floor, within the original boundaries of the cottage, are two bedrooms; one double with an en-suite shower room, and another twin bedroom. There is also a master shower room.
Just along the hall, in an impressive bright and spacious extension consisting of an open plan living, diner and kitchen. The original exterior wall has been impeccably maintained. Despite the stone walls, floors and high ceiling, this room is very toasty in the colder months, equipped with underfloor heating throughout and a log burning stove nestled in the corner. The floor to ceiling doors spanning almost the entire length of the lounge open entirely on to the patioed dining area.
The first-floor compromises of another two bedrooms; one twin and one double and another bathroom, equipped with a shower over the bath.
