Family-friendly and newly renovated (June 2025)! This bright studio includes a queen bed plus two private bonus rooms with twin beds (74" ceilings, sleep-only) — giving kids their own space without hotel multi-room prices. Families enjoy cool breezes at 1,070 ft elevation, a spacious covered patio, and a private backyard. Washer/dryer and beach gear (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel set) are included. Just 3.5 miles (7 min) from Airport and close to beaches, golf, Costco, and dining.
You’ll have the entire first floor of the house to yourself with a private entrance. The second floor is a completely separate unit with its own entrance. Guests have a covered patio, and backyard. Laundry area is shared with the upstairs unit.
But Washer and dryer are in building's public shared space.

At 1,070 ft elevation, our home enjoys cool evenings and gentle mountain breezes—often much more comfortable than the lower-elevation downtown area. With this pleasant climate, there’s no need for AC; ceiling and floor fans are provided.
Beach Supplies:
We’re happy to provide a beach umbrella, 3 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, and one snorkel set for you to enjoy during your stay. Please use them responsibly and at your own risk. By using these items, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that may occur.
Quiet Hours:
Kailua-Kona has a noise curfew between the hours of 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and let the sounds of the island carry you to sleep.

Place all trash in the designated bin located in the east side of the garage. There is no recycling on the island, so treat all waste as trash.
