There is a firewood vending locker on site for your convenience. Each $25 bundle contains at least 1.5 cubic feet of firewood (50-100% more than gas station bundle)
Hot Tub cleaning service is scheduled on Mondays and Thursdays between 11am-1pm.

Apart from the San Bernardino County Ordinance 4371 enforced rules and regulations, the following house rules apply. By accepting the online reservation you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms:
Cleaning
The property will be inspected, cleaned and sanitized after each stay so that every guests can enjoy their vacation. Guest agrees to leave the property in the same general condition it was received. Guests are expected to leave their trash in the designated bins, place dirty dishes inside the dishwasher and turn it on before leaving. If our cleaning crew deems there is excessive cleaning needed after a guest's stay an extra $50 cleaning surcharge will be required.
Hot Tub & Cowboy Tub
Both of our tubs are being serviced and cleaned after each stay so you can relax and enjoy them properly. Please do not eat or drink in or around the tubs, food can get stuck inside the filter pumps and damage the equipment. Guests are required to cover the tubs after each use.
Payment Policy
Owner will accept payments issued via Airbnb
No Smoking
No smoking is permitted in the house or close to the entrances or windows.
Cigarette filters need to be discarded in an appropriate and safe manner, wetted down in a fire resistant container. Cigarette filters are a potential fire hazard. Disregarding these restrictions will result in a fine and a report to Airbnb.
Damage To The Premises
Any damage to the property will be reported to Airbnb. The Airbnb host coverage may cover any damages to the rental property and it's furnishings if it was due to an accident caused by the guest. However, should the amount not be covered by Airbnb by the given amount the guest remains liable for the balance. The homeowner shall provide the guest with an itemized statement of any charges.
Some safety rules for the hot tub:
Soaking for too long in elevated temperatures can raise the body heat to hazardous levels. A safe soaking time should not exceed 15 minutes. Some medical authorities have recommended a lower temperature of 100-102 degrees. They advice that since infants and children are more sensitive to heat, they should be exposed to water of not more that 95 degrees for no more than 10 minutes. Pregnant women should not enter the hot tub without first consulting with their physician and following doctor's advice.
Liability
I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury to guests and their party which may occur on the premises of L'Escape Joshua Tree. Including but not limited to injuries associated with the hot tubs & cowboy tub, and i agree to assume the full risk of any such injuries, damages or loss, regardless of the severity, which I or my child/ward may sustain as a result of participating in any activities connected or associated with any such use of the facility. I waive and relinquish all claims i or my child/ward may have against the owners of L'Escape Joshua Tree, agents, servants or employees as a result of personal injury suffered while on the premises. I hereby fully release and discharge The Mesa House LLC from any and all claims from injuries, damage or loss which I or my child/ward may have or which may occur to me or my child/ward on account of my utilization or the utilization of my child/ward in any of the L'Escape Joshua Tree facilities. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the L'Escape Joshua Tree from any and all claims resulting from injuries, damages and losses sustained by me and by my child/ward, and arising out, connected with, or in any way associated with the owners of the L'Escape Joshua Tree and its facilities.
