Positive: Good location to access to the old town with a easy parking in front of the property (reservation is needed), it is walkable to everything. The room is simple yet comfortable, clean and nice. The washroom is spacious and clean.
Negative: The room is quite small and quite difficult to open two suitcases, no refrigerator.
