Walks, waterfalls and the Proud's river with direct access to numerous swimming areas. Peaceful & bucolic atmosphere guaranteed! ******* Authentic sheepfold converted into a home, you would benefit from a sheltered parking space and an independent entrance. Outside, you can take advantage of a private stone terrace with garden tables and chairs for dining or an aperitif, but also comfortable deckchairs to enjoy the calm of the garden. Entrance hall with coat racks and benches directly overlooking a large kitchen with large family table (8 people), and fully equipped (oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, places to sit induction cooking, and all the necessary dishes and utensils), but also a basic "cupboard bottom". For coffee lovers, you can take advantage of the Nespresso machine, the bodum or the filter coffee maker. For cheese lovers, a fondue maker (and its recipe!) and raclette are at your disposal. The living room, opening onto the garden, is equipped with a rocking chair, plaids, and numerous entertainment options (television, DVD player, board games, toys, magazines, etc.). It can be modulated in the second bedroom since the sofa is convertible into a comfortable bed (140x200), and the room can be closed via a door for more privacy. The master bedroom, also overlooking the garden, is equipped with a double bed (160x200) and a chaise longue convertible into a bed (80x200), and plenty of storage. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a washer / dryer is available in the laundry room. The household linen is provided for all (towels, sheets, tea towels).
