Positive: Nice and cozy place to have a rest. Good swimming pool, good location. Big territory and a lot of cats and beautiful dog.
Negative: Bathroom needs renovation, at least the shower unit. Also a bottle of water in the room could be quite necessary.
Summary: Great place to hide from big city and spend some time in a silence and calm.
