On the Veranda
You’ll find our sports pool is ready to go for pool volleyball, or you can take the net down for chilled-out drifting on your pool floaties. ***The pool is gated off from the back patio doors; however, please do not let children play outside unsupervised. All posted pool rules must be followed.***
The massive, shaded veranda gives you plenty of space for getting your grill on with the charcoal BBQ pit and sitting around the fire after the sun goes down on the custom built fire pit.
Because the tables and chairs are easily stored, the covered veranda can be cleared to make way for dancing, games, and lounging in the partial shade.
La Doña Great Room
Whenever there is a party, everyone is always in the kitchen, so the great room at La Doña just makes it easier for everyone to enjoy themselves. With a massive kitchen island, separate bartending bar, dining room table and huge open living room area, La Doña provides for how people actually use the space. And just like all Concan VIP properties, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you have at home…and a bit more, like extra coffee machines and blenders to handle the high demands of 19 people in one kitchen.
La Doña is a Group Vacation Home with Privacy
Not everyone wants to be around everyone ALL. THE. TIME.
The fight between early risers and night owls is put to rest because every room has a private entry. So if one group wants to make it an early night and another wants to head out to the House Pasture for some live music, it's all good.
This home is also ideal for families, as private rooms can help parents and children manage overwhelming moments, but still feel included in activities.

Absolutely NO PETS. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed.
The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental.
We will ask for your phone number and email address before arrival as well. We will NEVER use this information for marketing purposes without your expressed permission. This is simply so that we can reach you during your stay. Cell phone service is spotty and we can't count on the platform you have booked through to ensure great communication during your stay. CHECK-IN IS LOCATED NEAR ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD!
