Positive: The owner, his family and the rest of the staff are very friendly, easygoing and open to spend time together. I had a great time. The rooms are on a hill so you need to walk a bit to go down to the main road and to the beach but that wasn't problem for me. If you rent a car thats not a problem at all. Also they offer drinks and food. And the breakfast was delicious
