Welcome to Lagoon Views โ a much-loved holiday home set right on the water of the Coorong Quays Marina located on Victoria Parade, Hindmarsh Island. With four spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and two large living areas, thereโs plenty of room for everyone. Whether youโre gathering with family or travelling with friends, this home is the perfect spot for your next getaway.
Spend your days out on the private jetty, bring your own boat and go fishing or skiing, then fire up the BBQ on the balcony and soak in the views as the sun sets over the water. In the cooler months, the fire pit down by the lagoon becomes an ideal place to gather and unwind. Inside, thereโs a ping pong table, x-box, multiple flat screens and board games to keep both kids and adults entertained, as well as plenty of space to relax and reconnect.
The property has a generous space overlooking the water that is fully fenced from the street and the water.
