Summary: House smells like cigarette smoke covered by artificial smells. The first week there was a young man running his landscaping business out of garage under bedrooms. He was often hanging out in there on his computer. Would have been good to know this ahead of time. The washing machine broke a few days before we left and was leaking out bottom slowly for last couple days. Owner said he recently had fixed it so hes not fixing it again and will order a new one but it wouldn't arrive till after we left. So no washing ability at end of 2 week stay. One night a landscaper came between 1015pm-11pm to mow the lawns right outside bedroom windows which woke us up. Told owner and he just responded that they hadn't been able to get to it earlier and sorry but it needed to be done that day. The hot water was hot and the beds were comfortable but we would never wish to stay here again due to smell, undisclosed details which affected us and management that did not improve or discount our stay when problems arose.
