Close to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and state park. This condo is in the perfect spot to hit main channel or you can duck into a quiet cove as we are just across from state park. Youโll be In the middle of it all or you can find quiet space to relax and enjoy. Doesnโt get much better than that!!
Youโll access our condo but taking just one flight of stairs down from the parking lot.
This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and full size laundry. Deck over looks the boat slips and has seating for 6, plus gas grill.
Main bedroom - king size bed
Second bedroom - 2 full size beds
Living room - sofa sleeper, love seat and 2 recliners

Kitchen - fully stocked for all your cooking needs plus 3 stools at eat at counter

Condo amenities include 3 outdoors pool youโll have access to and a swim platform. Plenty of fishing spots off the many boat slips in our complex!

*We do have a video doorbell/camera and camera on the deck pointing to the boat slip to see the water. No sound is on - no video of seating area in the deck. Just sharing so you are aware upon arrival.
