3 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2300 sq ft townhouse located in the heart of Rincon, Puntas, steps away from the world famous Sandy Beach. Freshly painted and new kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc as well as new beach chairs in July 2024. The townhouse features an 800 sq ft , furnished roof deck with ocean view. This is a dream rental for families (pack and play, high chair), surfers, SCUBA divers, deep sea fishers, zip line/eco tourist enthusiasts, horseback riders, and golfers. The townhouse is located in a quiet, gated complex, only a five minute walk from the local beaches, restaurants, bars and boutiques including Tamboo, Casa Verde, and Casa Islena Inn. The complex includes a communal outdoor pool with bathrooms, fully-equipped kitchen and tables and chairs. There are also two outdoor showers by the pool.
The first floor has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Master bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, 40 inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed and 40 inch Smart TV and third bedroom has bunk bed, 40 inch Smart TV and a queen size futon. Both share a full bathroom.
The second floor features an open floor plan with a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for four. Furnishings include chairs and a wicker love seat in TV area, two leather sofas in the sitting area leading out to a small balcony which is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee. Dining area includes glass top dining table with seating for four. This level also includes a half bath, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The third floor features a huge, open terrace with ocean views, outdoor dining table seating for six, two wicker love seats, and lounge chairs for four. Charcoal barbeque grill, small refrigerator with small outdoor kitchenette and a half bath.
The townhouse comes equipped with cable HD TV and free Wi-Fi, as well as a landline phone which includes free phone calls to the USA and Puerto Rico. There is also air conditioning and ceiling fans through-out. Beach umbrella and chairs, coolers and beach towels are available in the townhouse for your use. This townhouse is perfect if you want to entertain a large group, or just kick back on the privacy of the roof deck. We are within a few minutesโ drive to over a dozen world class surfing breaks, an amazing under water preserve that offers world class snorkeling, and walking distance to Sandy Beach and Pools Beach. Spectacular waterfalls are a 45 minute drive.
No need to bring your surfboards if you donโt want to. Surfboard rentals are on the beach.
Other area activities include SCUBA, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, golf, sailing, waterfalls, para-sailing, kite-sailing, whale watching, zip-line tours, bio-luminescence bays, horseback riding, casino, tennis, golf, shelling, hiking, jet skiing, great food, and just hanging out.
While the house comfortably sleeps 8, we will entertain larger groups at the owner's discretion. An extra per person fee may be applied.
The gated community has a power generator that runs all the electrical appliances and electronics in case there is a power outage in the area. There is also a water reserve.
