Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The unit was perfectly situated with an amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. The property was clean and updated. Everything functioned properly, exceed maybe the A/C in the guest bedroom.

Negative: The unit was hot (temperature over 82 degrees when we arrived later in the evening), especially in the guest bedroom. Also, the guest bedroom was a bit disappointing - the trundle bed was not ideal for our 70+-year old friends. They had difficulty sleeping, and the pillows in the unit were not firm enough for them. And not that anything can be done about it, but no elevator to access the top floor.

Summary: Lanikai #133 delivered big time on the ocean view - very comfortable, modern unit.
