This gem is located 3 minutes away from the airport, 1 block away from hospital and 2 miles from downtown! With 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, a tree house for kids to play, a beautiful neighborhood lake with walking trail for a nice morning walk! Neighborhood Rec center that includes an indoor salt water pool, hot tub, 2 saunas and a small gym. You will have endless options as to how enjoyable your stay can be. Family friendly, close to BLM access and more. Very unique and spacious home in a nice neighborhood! We hope to give a wonderful experience!
Our home is located in the heart of Grand Junction. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly with a basketball court and lake with walking trail. Close to hospital and airport and only a couple miles from downtown. The house has large vaulted ceilings, 2 family rooms and a great tree house in the back! Plenty of space for multiple families, guys trip or girls trip! The kitchen is built for cooking and entertaining! Wine cooler is also located in kitchen with a double oven!
