Set 1 mile from Sugar Sands in Longhoughton village, Sugar Sands House is a family-run 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with large rooms suitable to larger families or gatherings. We are located near the end of a cul-de-sac and have no through traffic. Local Co-Op - 200 metres Café - 200 metres Adventure Playground - 300 metres Fishing Boat Inn (pub/restaurant) - 2 miles Beach - 1 mile Northumberland Coastal Path - 1 mile Alnwick Gardens - 3 miles Alnwick Castle - 3.5 miles Numerous cycling/running/walking routes right from the front door. Inside the house is a spacious living room which boasts a 50" 4K Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, also with Dvd player, gas fire, coffee table and sideboard. Patio doors lead out into the garden The generous Kitchen is fully fitted with all Bosch appliances, Fridge Freezer, dishwasher, gas range and oven plus utensils and crockery. With a utility room including Bosch integrated washer/dryer and laundry essentials. There is a seperate dining room with oversize table and spacious seating. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor which is easily accessible and has generous floor space with little clutter to help those with mobility difficulties. Finishing off the downstairs there is a seperate cloakroom and a seperate toilet. On the first floor there is a feature gallery landing, 2 large king size bedded rooms with built in robes, both rooms feature en-suite facilities, there are also two twin bedrooms as well as an additional large family bathroom. All beds feature posturepedic mattresses, have egyptian cotton bedding and goose down mid weight duvets. Outside the house there is a large driveway suitable for up to 5 vehicles and a large detached double garage to store bicycles or anything else that you need to. To the rear of the house there is a fully enclosed south facing lawned garden with shrubs surrounding. Did I mention that we have individually room controlled gas central heating and super fast fibre broadband. Maximum of one dog per booking.
