This very well-kept holiday home is an exceptionally large holiday home on an enclosed, fenced garden plot.
Note that the price is only valid for up to 6 people, each additional person pays 20 euros more per day.
A well-tended garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants, a lawn with patio furniture and sun loungers, several terraces and balconies invite you to linger and also offer enough space for a large group and places to retreat.
The house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a large living room with dining room, 2 large kitchens and a double garage with electric gate. In the driveway, which already belongs to the property, there is another parking space for 2 rental cars.
The spacious living room was equipped with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV and radio. A kitchen with access to the terrace offers you a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, an open brick barbecue, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and a large dining table. Another separate kitchen was equipped with a stove with ceramic hob and dining counter. A washer and dryer are also available. For colder days, gas heating ensures pleasant temperatures.
The lower terraces, which have a total of about 150 square meters, were equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers. On the upper floor there are 2 large, almost all-round balconies with a beautiful view.
The almost white and fine sandy beach of Playa de Sa Coma is bordered by an attractive promenade, on which you can walk to S `Illot. In Sa Coma you will find numerous shops, cafes, bars and opportunities for evening entertainment.
