This Tuscan farmhouse with pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, has been carefully restored with particular attention in maintaining its typically traditional characteristics, and can accommodate up to 22 people. The villa, located in an absolutely quiet and peaceful area, ideal for a relaxing holiday, has a large furnished garden with a covered portico and BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a children’s play area, and table tennis table. The gem of the garden is the infinity swimming pool (fenced, 12x6 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open May-September).

First floor: 2 double bedrooms with canopies, each with bathroom with shower.
Apartment for 14 people: ground floor with a spacious lounge room, fully equipped open kitchen (gas stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, moka pot, toaster, blender, fruit juicer, kettle, dishwasher), fire place, dining area and 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, each with private bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms with canopies, each with private bathroom with shower. Access to the tower, where there are two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
